Anne is a Clinical Psychologist with a heart for the country, her parents, grandparents and generations of extended family have lived and worked in rural NSW.
For more than 20 years Anne has worked as a therapist with children, adults, families and couples. She tailors an individualised approach for each client using evidence-based treatments and best-practice principles.
As best suited to meet the needs of each person she works with, Anne draws from her training and experience in a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, Emotionally-Focussed Therapy, Gottman Couple Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Anne’s areas of interest and experience are broad, including trauma, depression and anxiety, addictions, obesity, health psychology, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting, couples, and general relationship issues (eg. workplace, friendships, extended families).
Anne is registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She is a registered Medicare provider.
