Natalie Luxford

After migrating to Australia from England as a child, Natalie followed her passion in psychology, completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science and Honours at Bond University on the Gold Coast, and Master of Professional Psychology at the University of New England in 2025. Natalie is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Before registration as a Provisional Psychologist, Natalie supported a diverse range of clients in both government and non-government settings, from correctional services to working with children, and adults in vocational education.

Her interest areas, include depression, anxiety, attachment and relationship difficulties, stress management, self-esteem, values, lifestyle challenges and adjustment.

Natalie is trained in evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and integrative lifestyle and mindfulness approaches.

Natalie is committed to providing a warm and collaborative space for individuals to make sense of their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that feels safe, practical, and grounded in evidence.
